EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (WLNE) — Six people were taken to the hospital after a car crashed into a tree in East Greenwich on Friday morning.
Police were called to the intersection of South County Trail and Middle Road just after midnight.
The East Greenwich Firefighters’ Union told ABC6 News that three people were taken to Rhode Island Hospital’s trauma center, another two to Hasbro Children’s Hospital, and one to Kent Hospital.
No further information was provided.
