Lane closures coming to I-295 this week

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WPRI) — Drivers heading down I-295 in Smithfield will discover some lane modifications later this week.

The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) introduced that beginning Friday, April 22, the precise journey lane will likely be closed in each instructions on the Stillwater Road overpass, simply south of Exit 15 (Route 7/Douglas Pike).
