Lionesses of Cameroon prevail over Lionesses of the Teranga

Cameroon senior girls’s nationwide soccer group beat Senegal’s Lionesses of Teranga 1-0 on Saturday in a strength-testing match.

Cameroon scored the one purpose of the sport within the fifth minute courtesy of Kévine Ossol’s strike.

Senegal struggled to get a foothold of the sport as coach Mame Moussa Cisse  had overhauled the beginning line-up that held its personal in opposition to the rivals in an earlier match.

Cisse mentioned she was happy with her group, including that these two pleasant matches could be very helpful to arrange them for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations scheduled for Morocco subsequent month.

In the primary pleasant, Cameroon settled for a two-all draw with Senegal on June 15 on the Stade de la Reunification.

The two groups are making ready for the continental soccer showpiece that can run from July 2 to 23 within the cities of Rabat and Casablanca.

Senegal are in Group A alongside Morocco, Burkina Faso and Uganda.

Cameroon lead Group B that includes Zambia, Togo and Tunisia.
