PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A person accused of trying to kidnap a teen in Providence over the weekend was arraigned in court docket Monday.
Providence police mentioned Hector Larios, 25, grabbed a 13-year-old boy and tried to pull him into the automobile.
A Witness advised police that Larios initially drained to promote sweet and vape pens to a bunch of children close to Plainfield and Rye Street.
Larios was launched on $10,000 surety bail. He was additionally ordered to not have any contact with minors.
