Newberry lady charged with forgery, breach of belief: SC cops

A Midlands lady was arrested for stealing hundreds from an elementary college’s parent-teacher group, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division stated Tuesday.

Jessica Nichols Madray served on the treasurer for the Gallman Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization, and used her place to forge checks for her private use, arrest warrants present.

The 50-year-old Newberry resident was charged with breach of belief and forgery, SLED stated in a information launch.

The crimes occurred between September 2019 and February 2020, based on the arrest warrants.
